Scented Candle Shop 'Yankee Candle Housewarmer Offer'
Terms & Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the 'Yankee Housewarmer Jar Candle' Offer.
2. The Terms set out the terms of the contract between Scented Candle Shop Ltd ("Scented Candle Shop", "We" or "Us") and you, the customer.
3. This special offer is open to all Scented Candle Shop customers.
4. This special offer is only applicable to our range of Yankee Candle Housewarmer Jars.
5. Offer does not apply to Yankee Candle Housewarmer Combination Packs or Multi Packs.
6. The offer is only valid when a customer purchases three Yankee Candle Housewarmer Jars of the same size, in the same order.
7. The free jar received by the customer shall be of the same size as the three jars purchased and the fragrance shall be decided by the Scented Candle Shop.
8. Scented Candle Shop reserves the right to amend the special offer as and when it deems necessary. Current information on the special offer is available above.
9. In the event of a refund of specials offer goods purchased from Scented Candle Shop, all items associated with the offer must be returned.
10. Scented Candle Shop reserves the right to amend or terminate the 'Yankee Candle Housewarmer Jar' offer, or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time, with or without notice.
11. These Terms are subject to English Law. In the event of a breach by us of these Terms, our sole liability shall be to issue you with one free Yankee Housewarmer Jar Candle, as per the Terms and Conditions of the offer, in the event that such Jar should have been delivered but was not.
12. Scented Candle Shop may refuse to honour the 'Yankee Candle Housewarmer Jar' offer if it considers that the special offer is being misused.
