Many of Courtney Cox’s nearest and dearest may have found some scented candles in their stockings this Christmas, with ETOnline suggesting that the actress loves to give them as gifts.

The news provider notes that the Friends star is a particular fan of Jo Malone and also likes to give perfume as a present.

Oprah Winfrey is also cited as a celebrity who is likely to have given scented candles as gifts last week.

Speaking to the website, teen songstress Miley Cyrus said that she likes giving gifts that are out of the ordinary.

“Whatever you can do that’s not something really typical,” she added. “I just like things that are really unique.”

Miley, who stars in the hit TV show Hannah Montana, may have been hoping for some scented candles among her own Christmas gifts, having previously told the Philippine Daily Enquirer that her room at home is filled with them.
